Founding team
At least 50% of the founding team's captable must belong to women or the startup must be led by a woman
Pre-Seed or Seed
Rounds between R$500k and R$4M
Scalable business model
It can be technology-based or technology is a facilitator, we look for companies that have the opportunity to grow exponentially
Startup's area of activity
We look at all industries and sectors
Post-operational
The company must already be running with revenue and/or customers
Geography
Startups based in Latin America or that have this market as an expansion plan
